Who Needs More Conflict In Their Lives? by Dennis H. Babiniec

In certain divorce proceedings there is conflict between the parties that tends to make the process more difficult and expensive.  In over 30 years of experience as a divorce attorney in the Denver metro area (office located in Northglenn & Thornton area), I have utilized an approach of doing an analysis of the divorce case and the statutory provisions involved in order to help my clients focus on the ultimate results of the case and not the antics of their spouse or in some cases, opposing counsel.  I use the analogy of the difference between playing checkers and chess.  In checkers you are basically just reacting to the immediate moves of the other person.  In chess however, you are focusing on the ultimate goal and thinking ahead to determine what moves will help you reach your goal.

I would like to help you with effective representation in your divorce or legal separation case.  BBB Accredited, A+ rated.
